# fatacquire

> fatacquire provides AI analysis and strategy for iOS apps. It combines public signals, deliberately shared business metrics, operating history, and the user's goal into plain-English facts, confident interpretation, and ranked next moves.

fatacquire is iOS first, free, and in early access. Its AI works inside a harness built by experienced iOS app operators; expert review is available on request. It is not a self-serve SaaS dashboard. A user can run a no-email public App Store scan, then connect more evidence — paste operating history, upload original App Store Connect exports, or create a revocable encrypted App Store Connect / read-only RevenueCat connection on their email-verified private report page. Provider credentials are used only by an isolated edge worker; the report engine receives selected-app evidence without credentials, and fatacquire never asks for an Apple or RevenueCat password.

Every source a user deliberately inputs or connects is read as part of the analysis. The report combines those sources while keeping public, owner-reported, verified, estimated, inferred, missing, and conflicting evidence visibly distinct.

## Decisions supported
- Grow: identify the current constraint, choose one initiative, and return to record whether the action was implemented and what changed.
- Sell: organize the business story, credible upside, evidence gaps, and preparation work. Submissions stay private; any follow-up comes to you directly.
- Buy: provide a second pair of eyes on conversion, pricing, distribution, prior experiments, and red flags, using only authorized evidence.

## What makes the report useful
- Evidence classes remain distinct: verified, public, owner-reported, estimated, and inferred.
- Missing data stays visible. One verified metric never labels the whole report verified.
- Operating history is mapped as tried-and-measured, tried-unmeasured, partially tried, apparently untried, recent-awaiting-signal, or unverifiable.
- “Not mentioned” is not treated as proof that an opportunity is untried.
- Recommendations are filtered against supplied history so generic work is not prescribed twice.
- Benchmarks require a relevant cohort and applicability note. Anonymous benchmark use is optional and unchecked by default.

## Delivery
- AI aligns the evidence, states facts, separates evidence from inference, and reports confidence. An experienced iOS app operator can review the analysis when requested.
- Secure report links expire, can be revoked, and require recipient-email verification.
- The report asks for a decision on the recommendation and supports a lightweight follow-up; it is not a recurring dashboard.
